Formac lowers prices on flat panel line
Award-winning Formac Gallery? displays now starting at $699 with
industry-leading warranty and pixel policy.

BERKELEY, CA — March 3rd, 2003 — Formac Electronic Inc., a leading
manufacturer of performance enhancing peripherals and advanced visualization
solutions, today announced a price drop for its Gallery? LCD line. Formac’s
award-winning line of flat panel displays has gained wide industry and press
recognition for its leading color accuracy, a prerequisite for professionals
working in color critical applications.

Formac’s Gallery 1740, a 17.4” TFT is now priced at $699 for the ADC or VGA
version, and $739 for the DVI model. The 20.1” Formac Gallery 2010 is now
priced at $1,399, and comes with both ADC and DVI connections, making it
ideal for dual monitor environments. The Gallery? line incorporates Formac’s
revolutionary digital graphics technology and Multi Domain Vertical
Alignment TFT, clearly outperforming comparable displays in brightness,
contrast ratio, pixel response and viewing angle. All Formac displays come
with a 3 year warranty (labor and parts, 1 year for the backlight) and an
industry-leading pixel policy, allowing a maximum of 2 dead pixels per
display.
